It’s feeling a little cooler in The Glen now, and I thought we might tuck ourselves in for just a little longer, while the kettle sings downstairs and I tell you my news.

And now for my little piece of news: our third Tales of The Glen book, The Great Book of All Things Questions and Bedtime, has finally arrived for pre-order on Amazon USA.

The general release is 20 October 2026, so there is still time to reserve your copy and look forward to a little more Tales of The Glen at bedtime.

It has been such a long, winding adventure getting here, and I am so grateful you have wandered through The Glen with me all this way. Three books now, Best Beloved… and still so many little paths left to explore together. ❤️

Freshly toasted sourdough with butter melting into the corners, a little pot of blackberry jam, soft scrambled eggs, a warm croissant, a slice of apple and cinnamon cake, a bowl of berries, and a blue china pot of tea with a tiny jug of cream.
And perhaps Mouse has tucked one small flower from the hedgerow beside the napkin, because breakfast in bed ought to feel like an occasion. ❤️
