Can I get a print once it's sold out?

If a print says it's SOLD OUT, it means it cannot be printed again in the exact way. The print is limited and cannot be reprinted once it is sold out. Sometimes, I have recurring characters in my illustrations, so signing up for the mailing list is the best way to stay in touch with the latest releases.

Where can I buy authentic Victoria Beata prints of any kind?

Do you use archival, environmentally friendly materials?

All the prints are on archival paper, which will give you many years of enjoyment. I strive to use the best environmentally friendly materials and methods in everything I do. This can be difficult when printing original works, but our printers are committed to using environmentally friendly materials where possible.

We are end-to-end carbon neutral from order through to delivery. Packaging is also 95% plastic free across our range.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on a lot of factors.

Limited Edition hand-signed prints depend on my signature, which may take longer. Sometimes, we can print and sign many editions before their release, but I cannot predict which prints will be the most popular, so some prints are made to order following your purchase.

Typically, print editions can take 2-3 weeks to receive. Some orders are fulfilled faster and can arrive
within 7-10 days.

 

How can I track the progress of my order?

Once your print order has been dispatched, you should receive a dispatch notification and the tracking number for your package.

Feel free to email hello@victoriabeata.com, and someone will respond promptly. The printers are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so if you send an inquiry over the weekend, you might have to wait until the following week for a response.

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship using DHL Express, UPS, and Royal Mail. The cost of shipping will vary according to your country of residence.

Do you have a return policy?

Buying art is a personal choice. Please be sure when you purchase that you are 100% clear that you want the print.

Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, it's difficult for us to take it back because it has been certified and allocated to you.

We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction and that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on our website. Defective and damaged prints will be immediately replaced. If you change your mind about your artwork, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis, as artworks have to be made specifically for your order. This does not affect our statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations.

 

Who is responsible for the payment of duties and taxes?

The receiver is responsible for paying duties and taxes. Please note that you will be subject to your country's policy on imported goods.

I've seen your work on other products. Are these genuine?

If you see T-shirts, sweatshirts or paint-by-number products which include my work, assume they are not genuine and infringe on my copyright.

Please do not support dishonest people who steal from artists or anyone else. If you have time, please report these infringements to hello@victoriabeata.com—we are quick to get them to take their copies down! We take copyright infringement seriously.

Do you accept commissioned work?

At the moment, I cannot accept any commissioned work. I love seeing your posts, so feel free to tag me @victoriabeata
