Payments

Can I pay by card without a PayPal account?
Yes. At checkout, choose PayPal as the payment method. When the PayPal window opens, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card or Checkout as Guest, then enter your card details as usual.

What currencies do you accept? Can I pay in mine?
Payments are taken in GBP (British Pounds). Your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount from your local currency.

What payment methods do you accept?
All card payments are securely processed through PayPal’s system. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay by card.

My payment won’t go through. What can I try?

• Choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card in the PayPal window.

• Try a different browser or device.

• Temporarily disable any VPN.

Orders and Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Limited Edition Prints are sent via courier.
Other items, such as books and cards, travel by standard post and may take a little longer to arrive: 

10-15 working days (considered lost after 28)

Please note that orders containing multiple items might arrive in separate deliveries, as each piece makes its own gentle journey from The Glen.

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?
Several factors could delay delivery times, including:

Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
Customs and import restrictions
Failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one home to receive the order)
Postal strikes
Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)
If there is a significant delay with your order, our customer services team will typically address this proactively. Alternatively, if an order is outside the expected delivery window, please contact orders@victoriabeata.com for additional information.

Occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail. In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of placing the order, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Just let us know at orders@victoriabeata.com. Please note, however, that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

Important note for USA customers
Greeting cards can take a little longer to arrive in the USA—sometimes up to three weeks—and may be delivered in two separate batches if your order includes multiple items. Please don’t worry if they arrive a few days apart; both parcels are on their way from across the sea.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed and shipped through trusted production partners to reach you as efficiently as possible, wherever you are.

Are there any countries you can’t ship to right now?
Due to changing tariffs, import rules, and postal restrictions, there are times when I may not be able to ship certain products to some countries. I’m truly sorry if this affects you.
Readers in those areas have often had success ordering my books through their local high street bookshops or through Amazon in their region.

Do you send tracking?
If your chosen service includes tracking, you’ll automatically receive an email when your order ships. Some smaller or economy deliveries don’t include tracking to keep costs down.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation.
Please check your spam or promotions folder and add hello@victoriabeata.com to your safe contacts. If it’s still missing, email me and I’ll resend it.

Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, I can update it. Please email hello@victoriabeata.com right away with your order number and new address.

Who pays duties and taxes?
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, according to your country’s regulations.

Books, Calendars and Availability

Where can I buy the books and calendar?
You can order from my official website, through Amazon, or locally at Bridge Bookshop on the Isle of Man.

If you’re in the EU, your local high street bookshop is often the easiest way to order.If you’re in Australia or Canada, Amazon in your country is often the easiest way to order.

Are signed copies available?
Occasionally I offer signed bookplates or special editions through the shop. Keep an eye on the newsletter and social posts for these limited runs.

Returns, Replacements and Quality

Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is printed to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. This helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is created just for you.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please don’t worry—I’ll make it right.

1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

2. Email them to orders@victoriabeata.com with your order number and a short description.
   I’ll arrange a replacement right away. Photos are needed to claim courier insurance and speed up the process.

What if the wrong item arrives or something is missing?
Please email orders@victoriabeata.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. I’ll sort it straight away.
