A Post Office Update from Mouse in The Glen

A Post Office Update from Mouse in The Glen

Goodness gracious, what a week at the post desk! The kettle has hardly cooled between parcels, stamps, and the occasional biscuit break. But before I tie the next ribbon, I must share a little news about what can (and can’t) travel from The Glen just now.

It seems the Canada post owls are on strike, so anything heading that way will need to wait a little while until they’re back in the skies again.

Now, about sending things from our little island. The Isle of Man is a long way from everywhere, and sometimes it feels rather cut off — a beautiful but stubbornly independent place! Because of this, I can’t easily send books or parcels directly myself just now. Instead, I’ve arranged for my partners nearer to you to send things out on my behalf.

One day, I dearly hope to find a way around it and perhaps even come to your corner of the world to sign your copy in person. If you’d like that, do comment below with your region, and I’ll ask Owl to write your name carefully into The Great Glen Book of Faraway Friends

But don’t worry — the good news is that you can still order my books on Amazon wherever you are in the world.

Now for brighter tidings:
Calendars – can travel anywhere in the world! They’re flying out like migrating robins and bringing smiles wherever they land.
Greeting cards – happily posting worldwide too.
Framed artwork and prints – including signed limited editions – can now travel safely to the UK, EU, USA, and Isle of Man.

And for my dear friends on the Isle of Man — you can find my books at Bridge Bookshop in Port Erin or Ramsey.

Thank you, dear hearts, for your patience, kindness, and cheer as we navigate these little postal adventures together. Your support keeps the fire glowing here in The Glen — and truly, I couldn’t do it without you.

With love and whiskered gratitude,
Mouse
From The Glen Post Office.
